This is a group workshop and is held either as a one off 4 hour session and as 1 hour sessions over 4 weeks –
In the workshop we will work on:
- Identifying sources/triggers/causes of stress
- Identifying changes that can be made
- Techniques to desensitise to things that can’t be changed
- Using breathing relaxation and other techniques to relieve/manage stress and stress reactions
