Stress can become debilitating but regularly taking time out for yourself, to relax and rebalance, can help.
Whether or not you are stressed at the moment, taking time regularly to relax and rebalance is beneficial, not only for you, but also the people around you.
This is an ongoing group relaxation session, a de-stressing ‘massage’ for your mind.
Sessions are held every Tuesday at Harris Academy Falconwood, The Green DA16 2PE
6.30 – 7.15 or
7.45 – 8.30
We will use simple but effective breathing and guided relaxation techniques to help you relax, rebalance your mind and body, and de-stress.
Wear something warm and comfortable
Sessions are just £8.50
