Oh no that Monday morning feeling on a Tuesday :(

Monday NO

Is this you?

You’ve just had 4 days off – stuffed chocolate till it’s going out of fashion, especially the ones you deliberately hid so the kids couldn’t find, caught up with friends and family you haven’t seen for a while…. maybe avoided the arguments, maybe not…  slobbed in front of the TV or discovered a new way of injuring yourself with DIY – now it’s Monday night and the realisation hits….. you’ve got to go back to work tomorrow.

– you don’t know where the time has gone but it’s gone way to fast.  You’ve got that familiar back to work sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach, you want to run, hide – you curse yourself for not buying more lottery numbers knowing that just one more line was the difference between ultimate happiness and this impending doom.

Maybe this will help….. you’re not alone.

Many many people dread the return to work, picking up the stress where they left it on Thursday – facing that person who’s making your life hell, knowing you’d love to escape but with the economy the way it is you can’t.

There are ways out of this feeling even in these times, perhaps it’s time to send that email or make that call.  Things can change for the better, I’m here to help when you’re ready.
